A biologically male “transgender woman” was arrested last week in Laguna Beach, Calif., suspected of killing his mother after neighbors say the pair got into a heated exchange.
Police found Angela Caprioli, 61, dead at her residence on Monday, and arrested her son Safford Wolfson, 36, on Thursday on suspicion of murder. Police did not disclose details of the slaying.
A neighbor told CBS Los Angeles Wolfson moved in about six months ago, and that he’d seen caretakers frequenting the home.
The same neighbor also told The California Post that he’d seen the pair in a heated argument just prior to the killing, saying “I saw her outside talking with him and it seemed like a pretty hostile conversation.”
“She turned around and went inside and slammed the door, like she was fed up with whatever was going on. I was like, ‘What the hell is going on here?’”
A probe into Wolfson’s social media history showed he’s a morbidly obese trans person whose X account described him as a “trans girl looking for fun in LA.”
A TikTok account showed Wolfson “dancing in dresses, miniskirts, crop tops and underwear,” according to The New York Post.
The mother-son duo appear to have co-founded a sober living and assisted adult care facility for people with serious mental illness called Kevin’s House, LLC, according to LinkedIn.
Caprioli’s Facebook banner featured a picture of her and Wolfson smiling together.
The Post reports one eerie Facebook post from Wolfson in 2024 stated, “Not even my mom wants to hang out with me man… talk about lame-o!”
The killing is the latest in a string of murders linked to mentally disturbed transgender people over the past few years, while the media and leftists claim no such trend exists.
