Thanks for doing the Shawn Johnson Podcast. Watching that got me motivated to start working out again. It’s hard to get motivated when you’ve been off that train for awhile and your work is a lot of physical labor.
However I’m not getting any younger and I need to keep that muscle definition. I know the endorphin rush does get addictive if you can hang in there.
Alex, Harrison and Stew Peters are my go to for news and commentary. Rex is a refreshing new voice in the mix as well. Great job there Alex, he’s his own man and a good one.
I’ve got to break down and buy the wife one of those daggers. I guess the Jerusalem cross one. No idea why she wants one so bad 😂 but will order w the next supplement /T-shirt order.
