Ex-FBI Co-Deputy Director Dan Bongino joined Sean Hannity’s Fox News podcast on Tuesday and admitted he fears retaliation from the “bad” elements within the FBI for working to expose Deep State leakers and insiders.
“I will never be the same,” he said. “I’m serious as a stroke. I’m scared, man. I’m proud of what I did and what Kash and I accomplished, but I know what’s coming. I know what I started.”
Bongino pointed to recent Department of Justice indictments as part of the work he began while still at the FBI.

The DOJ recently indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center, former FBI Director James Comey on Tuesday, and Dr. David Morens — Fauci’s top aide at NIAID accused of helping orchestrate the COVID-19 cover-up.
Bongino warned, “They’re gonna come for me,” while admitting he knew the risks involved.
The ex-FBI Co-Deputy Director said he hired his own lawyer during his tenure to ensure he followed every rule “by the book,” but fears his opponents will simply “rewrite the book.”
He told Hannity he’s worried that a future Democratic president could send “some thugs” to his residence. He also spoke of two distinct FBIs: one made up of dedicated professionals doing great work, and the other inhabited by “snakes.”
A key problem he faced helping Kash Patel was uncertainty about whether his own colleagues were part of the “good FBI or the bad FBI.”
The ex-FBI Co-Deputy Director described how one “bad FBI” agent explicitly told him that arresting violent criminals carried too much “risk.”
Patel and Bongino conducted a “little game” to catch information leakers by adding fake but harmless details to their schedules and other matters, then sharing the altered information with specific officials. When those false details popped up in the media, they could easily identify the rat.

Bongino is a clown!
When you don’t prosecute criminals they eventually come for you.
