A fundraiser for controversial livestreamer “Chud The Builder,” AKA Dalton Eatherly, has raised over $100K after he was arrested Wednesday on charges of attempted murder in Tennessee.
Eatherly has gained notoriety online for filming black Americans engaging in antisocial behavior and calling them the N-word, while labeling their unruly antics “chimp outs.”

On Wednesday, Eatherly was arrested outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Tennessee after an altercation with another individual in which both men suffered wounds following an exchange of gunfire.
Footage circulating on social media shows part of the altercation as security officers rushed to separate the brawling pair.

Audio has emerged of Eatherly explaining the situation to police, saying the other man claimed to have PTSD because of his videos and attacked Eatherly after telling him to leave the area.
An image also shows the second person involved in the altercation.
Eatherly is reportedly facing charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, and employing a firearm during the commission of a felony, according to Fox17 WZTV Nashville.
The GiveSendGo fundraiser appears to have been put up by Eatherly at least 6 months ago, after he said he began receiving death threats and losing work due to his videos.

“I was fired from my previous contracting job after BLM activists targeted me over words I shared online—jokes and opinions they twisted to end my career,” he wrote on the fundraiser page. “With no other way to support my family and my precious 2-year-old son, I poured everything into this small business working tirelessly to provide for my family and build a future.”
“But now, that dream is under attack. Not for the quality of my work, but for what I say online. I’ve shared mild jokes, unfiltered thoughts, and yes, sometimes I’ve used the N-word in what I thought was edgy, harmless humor. I know it’s controversial, but it’s my right to speak freely.”
Many fundraiser contributors lauded Eatherly as a free speech crusader.
While many conservatives on social media rallied behind Eatherly, conservative commentator Nick Fuentes, who has normalized use of the N-word on his livestream, weighed in on the arrest on his show Wednesday night, saying he disagreed with Eatherly’s approach.

I used to think Nick Fuentes had potential, but now it’s obvious he’s nothing but a needy little internet mascot desperate for attention. He’s not a leader, he’s not an intellectual, he’s not even a decent troll he’s just a whiny, tantrum‑prone sideshow who mistakes his own meltdowns for relevance. Every time he opens his mouth, he proves he’s the discount version of someone who actually matters.
He’s burned through whatever credibility he pretended to have, and now he’s basically the cautionary tale your parents warn you about: ‘Don’t end up like that guy.’ Watching him spiral isn’t even shocking anymore it’s just pathetic.
Hey Nick – go fuck yourself. You’ve earned it!!

I LOVE THAT LINE OF DEFENSE.
Medical bills, pain and suffering, loss of permanent income for life.
Wonderful system.
