James O’Keefe’s Citizen Journalism Foundation released undercover footage on Tuesday, showing a high-ranking official for a Major League Baseball team admitting the organization appears to be violating the civil rights of its own players, has partnered with defense contractors to spy on fans and much more.
Washington Nationals Director of Community Relations Sean Hudson told an O’Keefe Media Group undercover journalist that the team’s social media department intentionally omits star pitcher Trevor Williams from content due to his religious beliefs.

Next, Hudson said every single fan who attends a Nationals home game is researched by the team’s surveillance department, which examines attendee Google search history.
The Nationals allegedly also work alongside defense contractors such as Palantir to “make money” off the massive sporting events.
Within the corporate side of the team, Hudson claimed some meetings are segregated so only LGBTQIA+ employees can attend.
The community relations director later admitted he’s a communist who wishes he could get the team to donate to communist causes, asking, “If you’re a sports fan and we piss you off, where else are you gonna go?”
O’Keefe wrote on social media, “Hudson’s comments raise concerns regarding Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits employers from discriminating against employees on the basis of religion. The law states that employers may not ‘limit, segregate, or classify’ employees in ways that would negatively affect their status or opportunities because of their religious beliefs.”

Comedian and podcast host Alex Stein teamed up with O’Keefe on the report, calling Hudson to confront him about the claims he made during dinner with the undercover journalist.
The Nationals employee unsurprisingly denied making any of the alarming comments in the video and abruptly hung up the phone once it was clear he’d been exposed.
Time will tell if the undercover footage results in Hudson losing his job and whether or not the team addresses the accusations he made on video.

He’ll investigate himself and find no wrong doing.
How many times can they possibly rape their fans? Once with the ticket prices should be sufficient.
