WATCH: Rep. Goldman Claims Conditions in US Are Worse for Illegal Aliens Than Dictatorships They Fled

Nadler Goldman

Democrat congressmen made a series of wild statements during a visit to an immigration detention facility in New Jersey where radical leftists have been protesting and rioting for days.

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) and Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) turned up at Delaney Hall in Newark on Wednesday to demand entry and speak to aliens being held inside the facility by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Both Democrat officials offered comment to Border Hawk while waiting to be let through the gate.

“We know that the conditions inside are terrible. We know that there are 300 hunger-strikers. We know that people have died in here because of lack of medical attention. It’s our right to go in and see,” Rep. Nadler stated.

“In these detention facilities are many American citizens. They just haul them in and don’t seem to care who they are.”

Rep. Goldman asserted that “the immigration folks” in ICE facilities are “treated like criminals, even though they have no criminal record.”

Following a tour, the congressmen held a brief press conference, during which Goldman claimed that the Trump administration is trying to “force” illegal aliens to accept voluntary departure by subjecting them to an extremely hostile environment.

“They are making the conditions so unbearable that they would rather go home to their own countries, many of which they escaped because of terrible conditions, and what they’re realizing is that the conditions of the United States of America are worse than the conditions of countries with dictators and fascist leaders,” Goldman said.

“If you are human, if you are American, you cannot support what is going on here.”

Rep. Nadler insinuated that detainees are malnourished and being forced to eat maggot-infested food at odd hours of the day.

He also claimed that medical care is effectively nonexistent for detainees, even those suffering from cancer.

“Medical conditions — no matter what the problem is, the only thing they get is Tylenol,” Nadler said.

Violent demonstrations at Delaney Hall are expected to continue through the weekend.
