Radical California State Sen. Scott Wiener – the homosexual pedo-protector behind the “pedophile protection act” – is likely to be victorious in the upcoming November election in the race for California’s 11th Congressional District.
After securing a topw-two spot in the Democrat primary this week, Wiener is now poised to take the deep-blue San Francisco seat of Nancy Pelosi following her retirement.
Wiener does have to face Pelosi-endorsed San Francisco Supervisor Connie Chan in the top-two runoff, but he already destroyed her in this week’s election.
The far-left state senator’s legislative record is a nonstop assault on common sense, authoring garbage such as California Senate Bill 145 (SB 145), branded the “pedophile protection bill” by critics and signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom in 2020.
The bill erased a mandatory sex offender requirement for oral and anal sex between adult and underage individuals of the same sex, allowing judges to use their discretion and leaving the door open for homosexual child predators to avoid being placed on the sex-offender registry.
Those who opposed the legislation warned it removed an automatic tool for law enforcement to track potential repeat offenders, and that the public and schools would have far less warning if a judge opted out of registration.
Another outrageous creation by Weiner was Senate Bill 132, the so-called “Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act,” which was also signed by Governor Gavin Newsom in 2020.
The law forced California’s Department of Corrections to house transgender, non-binary, and intersex inmates – biological males – in women’s prisons based solely on their self-identified “gender identity.”
While the bill clearly put biological women in danger by placing them in jail cells and showers with males, Wiener defended it as “protecting vulnerable transgender inmates from violence.”
Wiener also authored Senate Bill 239 in 2017, which gutted California’s HIV criminalization laws from the 1980s and 1990s and slashed penalties for knowingly exposing someone to HIV from felonies to misdemeanors.
The sickening law also repealed HIV-specific felonies for donating infected blood or soliciting sex without disclosure.
Falling in line with the rest of the Democrat cult’s ideology, Wiener also authored Senate Bill 747 – the “No Kings Act” – that allows Californians to sue ICE, Border Patrol, and other federal agents in state court for alleged constitutional violations, has repeatedly called for abolishing ICE outright, labeling it a “terror organization,” and has pushed other bills to hamstring federal agents.
And, of course, Wiener has backed soft-on-crime judicial reforms that reduce penalties for nonviolent drug offenses and is an aggressive proponent of the radical transgender agenda, turning California into a “refuge” for transgender youth and families fleeing red-state restrictions on minors with SB 107 and sealing court records for gender marker and name changes with SB 59.
