A former U.S. Marine fought off a group of juveniles when they attempted to rob him at gunpoint in Maryland this week.
The shocking ambush unfolded at around 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday in Prince George’s County, a sanctuary jurisdiction.
Jheyco Borda was working on his truck in front of his residence in Oxon Hill when four ‘hooded teens’ approached him and demanded his keys and valuables, Fox 5 reports.
One of the suspects pointed a pistol in Borda’s face for approximately 10 seconds, security footage shows.

The man— ID’d as Jheyco Borda— was working on his truck near Oxon Hill High School just after 4pm when four teenagers approached him, pointing a handgun at him and…
Suddenly, Borda disarmed his assailant, wrenching the firearm away as the others scattered.
Moments later, Borda’s brother burst out of the home to come to his brother’s aid, and then their father also joined the fracas.
A round was discharged during the struggle, which pierced Borda’s truck.
The suspects were held until police arrived and took them into custody, although it is unclear what charges they may face and no information about them has been made public.
“Be careful and be aware of your surroundings,” Borda stated in a social media post.
