Secretary of War Pete Hegseth used a speech at a D-Day Anniversary event in France to warn European leaders about the consequences of mass immigration.
“Sadly, today, different European beaches are stormed by different dangerous ideologies. Beaches in Spain and Italy and Greece and Bulgaria. Boats and men arrive,” Hegseth said.
“When will European capitals do something about that invasion? Or is it too late? I pray not, and I believe not.”
Hegseth’s words were a clear echo of comments President Trump made during a visit to Britain a year ago. The President described mass immigration as a “horrible invasion” and said it was “killing Europe.”
The Secretary also used the speech to argue for an increased commitment to mutual defense by America’s NATO allies.
“The task was daunting … An impossible mission—a suicidal mission—the mission of free men. … The United States military spearheaded a great crusade to shatter the Nazi war machine and liberate a continent,” he said.
“Each nation pulled its weight; each nation bled. America will lead—and we must—but capable allies must be right there with us, shoulder to shoulder, in the breach, when it matters.”
Secretary Hegseth has insisted NATO members must increase their defense spending well beyond the mandatory 2%, and said the US will no longer tolerate “imbalanced relationships” or “free-riding.”
He has called for a “NATO 3.0” that focuses on warfighting, with Europe providing the bulk of support for Ukraine and investing in its own military capabilities.
During his visit, Hegseth also met with his French counterpart, Catherine Vautrin.
“We discussed a stronger Europe within a stronger NATO, support for Ukraine, freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, as well as the situation in Lebanon and the Indo-Pacific,” Vautrin posted on X.
“At a time when the freedom of nations is under threat in Europe, France and the United States are remembering what has made our friendship strong for 250 years, on this day commemorating D-Day.”

I have had enough of Hegseth’s theatrics. How about he talk about backing off support of any nation that lets itself be invaded? Why would our nation protect any nation that refuses to protect itself?
My Grand Dad and Brothers were in 3rd Army under Patton, used as decoys to confuse germans.
Operation Over Lord: Gold, Juno, Sword,Utah, Omaha
The germans split up defenses not knowing where Patton would strike.
Nice move, it confused Rommel, lol
Im not laughing about, thats one of the most horrific days in history, I think worse than the Battle of The Somme,
Maybe aliens should come down and test us, people as a whole, like that movie/ bookThe Box or River World. Give 60,000 people a choice, push the button and you get $1 million, problem is, some random person is going to die (box button), River World more complicated, you have the atonement and abolishinest at war over humans
river world, everyones dead, I mean they all wake up on a river naked and are looking aroun, we are talking humans from like 1 million years ago up to 2000, anyone born after that cannot be trusted, they are the blue alien bastards
its just a book dont be frightened
Immigration isn’t the problem. The problem is it’s millions of low IQ shitskins that are shitting up the place.
Immigration is the problem.
Nonsense is all you are capable of.
The invasion of the past 30 years added 30 million of low IQ people.
You lack a basic logical capability. Plus you hate Americans, trying to blame them.
