Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard announced the release of files Friday detailing US-funding for more than 40 biolabs in Ukraine, as part of research programs funding over 120 biolabs in over 30 countries.
“Until now, evidence regarding the full existence and funding of these laboratories had been knowingly withheld from you, the American people,” Gabbard said in a video announcing the release of the files.
“Despite the obvious potential for catastrophic global impact research on dangerous pathogens in biolabs can have, politicians, so-called health professionals like Dr. Fauci, and entities within the Biden administration’s national security team lied to the American people about the existence of U.S.-funded and supported biolabs, and threatened those who attempted to expose the truth,” the outgoing DNI wrote in a press release.
“ODNI will continue to work closely with partners across the government to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain to end dangerous Gain-of-Function research that threatens the health and wellbeing of the American people and people around the world.”
The disclosure of the biolabs potentially experimenting with gain-of-function comes as President Trump in May 2025 signed an executive order banning federal funding for such research.
Regarding US-funded biolabs in Ukraine, Gabbard stated, “These biolabs include labs in places like Ukraine, which could be at risk of compromise due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.”
“In fact, the intelligence community had previously warned that a US-funded biolab in Ukraine likely housed dangerous pathogens and remained vulnerable to long-standing threats of Russian attack, seizure or damage,” she added.
At the onset of the Russia-Ukraine war, it’d been theorized Russia was targeting US-funded biolabs for strikes in Ukraine.

Nice. It confirms Russian’s complaints over there and reasoning to be in the war.
Interesting concept. The Ukraine is mostly jewish. Biolabs in the Ukraine suggest that toxic jewce put into vaccines is produced there, with the blessings of Russia, and injected into the rear ends of the unsuspecting world goyim population. Meanwhile, Israel profits immensely from this action. This is why they drive very expensive cars and sue you if a falling twig from a tree puts a microscopic scratch in their vehicle. What a very sinister business model
So the intelligence reports coming out of Russia before and during the first year of the war were in fact, true. Everybody knows, they just pretended it was no big deal and then kicked off the multi-Billion dollar Scam War, at American taxpayers’ expense. So who’s going to prison?
