A dangerous illegal alien unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime and shielded by officials in New York has been apprehended after racking up several arrests in the sanctuary state, authorities say.
On May 24, Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) Buffalo’s Fugitive Operations Team officers and U.S. Marshals Service deputies arrested Jairo Antonio Molina Moron, 38, during a targeted operation in Albion, a town in Orleans County.
Molina Moron, a Venezuelan national with suspected ties to Tren de Aragua, faces local charges for felony assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon or instrument but had been released from custody by officials who ignored an ICE detainer.
He was set loose in the U.S. in 2023, although it is unclear if he entered illegally or took advantage of Biden era parole programs open to Venezuelans at the time.
In December 2024, Molina Moron was arrested in New York City for assault with intent to cause physical injury but the charges were dropped.
In February 2025, he was arrested for felony assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon or instrument by the Yonkers Police Department.
An ICE detainer request was subsequently ignored and Molina Moron was again free to roam.
The Venezuelan was finally captured by federal authorities and remains in custody pending immigration proceedings.
“Transnational criminal gang members are not welcome in New York,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations New York acting Field Office Director Philip Rhoney.
“We will never waver in our resolve to ensure these criminals gang members are not free to terrorize New Yorkers. I am grateful to our officers and our federal partners for their work to keep violent illegal aliens off the streets in our state and our country.”

All violent illegal aliens should be released, fully armed, into predominately jewish neighborhoods 😉
They will do the extermination job that Americans refuse to do 😉
Biden – High proportion: As much as 64% of interior detainees held a criminal conviction or pending charge. Trump – Lower proportion: Around 40% of overall arrestees have a U.S. criminal conviction.
Why was governor Sherrill denied entry in her own city? – After continuous pressure, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) granted her a “closely controlled and limited” tour of the medical, dining, and housing sectors. However, she was entirely blocked from speaking to the inmates. – why are these inmates on their third week of hunger strike? The evidence is stacking up I’m pretty sure this CEO group/corecivic can be taken to court and relieved of many of their billions
One down, 50,000,000 to go. The Mass Deportation program has been cancelled. The joke’s on Chumpstein’s supporters.
