Investigative journalist Candace Owens dropped a whopper of a podcast Monday continuing to look into the death of her friend Charlie Kirk, exploring a theory that Kirk may have been killed by an explosive used in Israel’s pager attack on Hezbollah.
Owens mentioned the death of Mark Liti, a friend of Corey Comperatore – the victim that was shot and died at a Trump rally in Butler, Penn. – who worked for Surefire Wireline LLC, an oil and gas company which she says used the explosive PETN in everyday operations.
Liti was reportedly killed in an accident involving a burn barrel explosion, a narrative Owens says was never fully accepted by Comperatore, who later admitted that his friend had confessed to him that he’d stolen explosives from his job.
Liti was also supposedly friends with family members of failed Trump assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks on Facebook, according to Candace, though she acknowledged it could simply be a small-town coincidence.
Owens divulged that Corey and his family were later offered up-front seats at the fateful Trump rally in Butler on July 13, 2024, where he was shot and killed by a would-be assassin’s stray bullet.
The podcaster next mentioned the Israeli pager attacks in Lebanon and Syria, where 3,000 people were injured and 12 people killed – including children – where Israel reportedly used the PETN explosive.
In a demo video pulled up by Candace on YouTube, an explosives tester noted that a “20 gram booster PETN charge” produced the same effects as a .30-06 round.
Candace wrapped up by noting that Comperatore’s family was never fully satisfied with the federal investigation into Butler.
Owens’ latest investigation came as she got into an online spat Monday with the FBI, from whom she’d sought FBI Director Kash Patel’s travel itinerary three days before Kirk’s assassination, a request they noted would be delayed longer than 20 days due to “unusual circumstances.”

“You have the opportunity to reduce the scope of your request; this will accelerate the process and could potentially place your request in a quicker processing queue,” the agency wrote her back.
“Via FOIA, we formally requested Kash Patel’s travel itinerary for the 3 days leading up to Charlie Kirk’s assassination and we just heard back and were told the burden of the request is too great,” Owens wrote on X, adding, “How is this even remotely legal?”
The FBI Rapid Response X account responded back to her with their letter, saying they never said, “The burden of the request is too great,” and that “Your ‘show’ just like the fake news media will be called out when you LIE!”
Candace responded back that she had “paraphrased” their letter and that they should exercise similar expediency in Kirk’s death investigation.
The agency next criticized her for saying they’d denied her request, which they called a “clickbait” lie and argued never actually happened.
“When we said ‘denied’ we meant denied the mandated 20 day turnaround for an FOIA response,” Owens fired back.
The federal agency’s apprehensiveness over a citizen journalist seeking information from them is certainly puzzling.

Corey Comperatore is NOT DEAD. There are videos on the dark web showing the State Police carting his dummy body off the stage by grabbing his four handles.
The Comperatore family received over $20M in GoFundMe accounts and have since moved to a luxury life in North Dakota.
How many people do you know of who are unalived during a mass casualty event, by a drive by, by a hoodlum looking for drugs, or even by a drunk driver benefiting the family that kind of payout???
We all know Kirk was assassinated because be brought people to Jesus and started to question Israel.
