Shocking video shows the moment a woman in Florida shot and killed an Army veteran in a Walmart parking lot as the pair argued over a parking spot.
The incident unfolded Tuesday afternoon in North Lauderdale, with footage from a nearby electric vehicle capturing 62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo in a heated confrontation with the unidentified woman as she pointed a gun at him.
The unarmed man is seen walking away before suddenly approaching the woman, at which point she shoots him in the stomach.

The woman was later observed “placing the gun on top of a car while waiting for law enforcement to arrive — with witnesses reporting her screaming and crying,” writes the New York Post.
Diguglielmo, from New Jersey originally, sat in the parking lot with the wound as first responders got to the scene, before lying down. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
In a press release, the Broward County sheriff’s office noted: “The preliminary investigation revealed an adult female and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation over a parking space in the Walmart parking lot prior to the shooting.”
WPLG reports: “According to investigators, the shooter, the adult female, remained on scene, cooperated with detectives and she told them the shooting was in self defense.”
Diguglielmo, a retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant and former nurse, had recently moved to Florida to work on his relationship with his estranged daughter.
While no charges have been filed yet, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office said it’s sending the case to the State Attorney’s Office for further review.
The shooting has sparked outrage online, with some calling it unjustified because the man was unarmed, while others argue that the woman felt threatened and is protected by Florida’s stand-your-ground laws.

Every deranged black person who is filled with hatred for white people should be deported to Africa. Why spend the money on court dates and feeding them in prison. How are they any different than the gangsta latino’s stabbing people on our streets? HOW ARE THEY DIFFERENT? I couldn’t care less that the guy was a veteran. Why was it repeatedly mentioned as if it entitles him to the benefit of doubt over a parking space? The estranged daughter, short fella with aggressive body language arguing over a parking spot, aggressively walking up to a woman with a drawn gun, and wearing pajama bottoms in public. Those are more relevant facts. Even if he was in the right, it takes a special type of stupid to argue and assault someone pointing a gun at you. And yes, “assault” includes quickly turning around and aggressively approaching and bowing up like you want to physically fight. He chose to call a bluff but she wasn’t bluffing. Single shot to neutralize the threat, and upset about it afterwards.
THE POINT IS THIS…He survived combat then comes home to get murdered by a black hoe with a gun. That’s the point.

He knew she has the firearm so he was probably just trying to reason with her. That’s why it’s murder.
Right, that’s why he aggressively approached her with the agitated gorilla stance as he bowed up and started swinging his shoulders. That’s the typical posturing you’d expect from a short guy trying to act intimidating or a typical hood rat right before they start swinging with sucker punches. She shot once. She didn’t mag dumped him on the spot and stand over him to squeeze off the last shots into his head for good measure. A single shot to the stomach with him limping off to sit in his car is not murder. It is what you’d expect from someone using the gun as a last resort with no intent to kill.
He had the body language of someone who was arguing, not threatening. She’s one of those types who thinks they can stand there and reserve a spot until their friend or family show-up. He was understandably upset about that while arguing because it’s outrageous. Also, if she felt threatened then why didn’t she just walk away?
Never approach people carrying firearms for any reason as it is never worth it.
