Things got heated on The Five Friday when Jessica Tarlov and Greg Gutfeld went head-to-head over the Trump administration’s indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center.
HOLY SMOKES! 🔥🔥

Gutfeld just ripped Jessica Tarlov to shreds on The Five about the SPLC. She’s still claiming the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville was completely real and organic, even though it’s been proved the whole thing was funded.

Tarlov asserted that the Three Percenters, Oath Keepers, and Proud Boys are all white supremacist organizations involved in the SPLC-backed Unite the Right rally, prompting Gutfeld to note that the gathering wasn’t grassroots or spontaneous.
He asked, “You’re saying this wasn’t created? You’re saying this was just an organic event, just like every left-wing event—it just happened! All these right-wingers showed up? Nobody else knew about it?”
Tarlov answered, “These people are real. The white supremacists are real.”
Gutfeld responded, “Let me do the simplest analogy. This is like when somebody says, on average, men are taller and weigh more than women, and then one woman goes, ‘What about her?’ and points to a WNBA player. Yes, I’ll give you—there is probably a bigot somewhere—but you guys created this ‘false flag’ that there was an immense white supremacist movement going on in this country, and that put targets on people like Charlie Kirk’s back, and he’s dead now. And a lot of other people were either threatened or physically attacked because of a false flag, which basically painted millions of people as ‘white supremacists.’ You guys ran with it.”
After ridiculing Tarlov for thinking racists are lurking “behind every Cracker Barrel,” Gutfeld shot back: “You know where the real racists were? The anti-racist Black activists who saw this as their chance to target whites. The racism you’ve manufactured was created to justify a whole new kind of racism.”
“And I go back to the contrast. We don’t have to defend our racists because we don’t know who they are, because you create them. Meanwhile, we don’t have to make up your racists, because you’re standing there with Hasan Piker. These guys are right there in our face,” he added.
