The size and scale of these data center projects are insane. Especially when the scope of the project and the specific A.I. infrastructure which a proposed data center will support is never fully explained to the communities who have to live next to these monstrosities and foot the bill for them. Are the need for these data centers even based on human decisions anymore, or is A.I. determining the necessity and driving the construction of more? The White House shielding these companies from lawsuits is absolutely insane unless they are categorized as weapons for national defense, or producers of weapons. Then it makes perfect sense.
