Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) on the eve of his primary race joked he would have to call Israel to concede if he loses on Tuesday.
The incumbent GOP congressman made the joke at a rally on Monday, referencing how his primary opponent, Trump-backed Ed Gallrein, is largely funded by the Israel lobby.
“You know, just in case I lose they gave me the number to call to concede – the area code is Tel Aviv, though,” Massie jested, prompting surprised laughter from rally attendees.

In addition to President Trump’s endorsement, stats show Gallrein has poured nearly $20 million into attack ads and has also received over $15 million from Israel lobby AIPAC, making Tuesday’s contest the most expensive House primary race in US history.

While Rep. Massie has been criticized as a RINO for not voting in line with Republicans and going against the Trump regime for forcing the release of the Epstein files, the congressman argues he mostly votes along party lines unless “they’re taking up for pedophiles, starting another war, or bankrupting our country.”

For most of the race, Massie held a large polling lead over Gallrein, however his odds of winning suddenly plunged in recent days, with betting markets like Kalshi and Polymarket showing his opponent favored to win, possibly due to several statements by President Trump attacking Massie on Truth Social.
The results of the high-stakes race should be known by Tuesday evening.

What makes us laugh at Massie’s “joke” – is that it is THE TRUTH – and so often, THE TRUTH causes a certain (what psychologists call) COGNITIVE DISSONANCE, where THE TRUTH being told EXPOSES THE LIE of our programmed “reality”.
