Congressman Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) blasted his colleagues following a House committee meeting on Thursday, criticizing the GOP for handing Democrats a political victory.
“I just left the committee,” Rep. Burchett said. “We had some amendments that were cutting regulations—things that we, as Republicans, should do. Because of backroom deals, they were cut. They won’t allow any amendments on the bill because one Democrat didn’t agree to it.”

He continued, “I’ll guarantee you, when the Democrats are in the majority—which they very much could be because of this kind of garbage—if we’re going to be in the majority, you all have extended us an incredible gift and we’re gonna blow it because we’re not acting like we’re in the majority.”
Explaining the bill dealt with bridges and things that are “not sexy” but still matter, Burchett said, “We [GOP] allow the Democrats to tell us what to do. It’s just unbelievable.”
“At some point, we’re going to have to get some guts. This town is crooked as a dog’s leg, and I’m disgusted,” he added. “So thank y’all for sending me here. I really am glad you sent me here. This kind of stuff—I want to fight, and I let them have it.”

Burchett has lots of courage.
Tim Burchett shows that there are still “good people” trying to make a difference in our government.
Burchett is showing that the solution is the “Information War”, to speak out against the politicians that have turned against their own people.
That type of man used to be Donald Trump.
I am still trying to figure out if Trump has been replaced by someone in a latex mask, sometime in January 2026.

I regret ever voting for Donald Trump, or donating to his campaign. I hope they actually impeach him now, that the Republicans lose the House and Senate, and make him the first president ever removed from office. Trump deserves it for killing people in these unnecessary wars.
