Honduran ‘Minor’ Unleashed by Biden Charged in Machete Murder of Fellow Illegal Alien in Mississippi

An illegal alien from Honduras has been indicted for allegedly murdering his roommate in Mississippi earlier this year.

The DeSoto County District Attorney’s Office recently announced details about the brutal killing, which unfolded on Jan. 13 in Southaven.

Maberic Javier Reyes-Reyes, 21, is accused of attacking another man with a machete during an argument at the residence they shared.

The victim, an illegal alien from Mexico, was found dead at the “gruesome crime scene,” authorities say.

Reyes-Reyes was immediately arrested and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer against him the following day.

On June 11, a grand jury indicted the Honduran on charges of murder.

“This indictment is a testament to the outstanding work of the Southaven Police Department and our team, who moved with urgency to ensure this dangerous criminal was brought to justice,” said District Attorney Matthew Barton.

“To secure a murder indictment in less than five months is an extraordinary accomplishment.”

Reyes-Reyes illegally crossed the southern border into Texas and was unleashed into the interior by the Biden regime after claiming to be a minor, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed on Wednesday.

“This criminal illegal alien is charged in the barbaric murder of his roommate. He violently attacked him with a machete in a brutal killing,” said DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. 

“This illegal alien would never have been in our country in the first place if it weren’t for the reckless open border policies of the Biden Administration. ICE has lodged a detainer and will work with our law enforcement partners in Mississippi to ensure that this criminal illegal alien can never again roam our streets and threaten anyone else.”
