President Donald Trump took aim at socialists who won elections in New York this week, claiming their political ideology is an easy sell because it promises free everything and joking that he’d be the ultimate communist.
Trump previewed the remarks on Truth Social before uttering them at the Faith and Freedom Coalition Friday, writing, “These are not social Dumocrats; these are hard-core, godless Communists. This is the most serious threat to our Country since its existence 250 years ago.”
Highlighting New York Dems’ recent wins, Trump mocked the communist ideology as nothing more than empty promises of endless free stuff.
“And as you saw with the communists elected in New York City recently, they’re communists. They’re not social democrats. They want to completely destroy the traditional American way of life,” Trump stated.
“Communism is very easy to sell,” he continued, adding, “It destroys everything, but it’s very easy. I’d be I I’ll be honest. I think I’d be the greatest communist in history.”
“I’d give free rent. Ladies and gentlemen, from now on, you don’t have to pay any rent. From now on, anybody wants a house, don’t worry about it. Just pick the house you want. Everybody gets free food. Everything is free from this point forward.”
“Everyone’s going to vote for me,” Trump envisioned. “The problem is after two or three years, the country is a disaster area. The country fails.”
Trump’s critique of communism follows a sweep of New York elections earlier this week by far-left socialist candidates endorsed by Democrat socialist NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani, as moderate old guard establishment dems worry they’re losing control over the Party.

New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani met with President Trump at the White House on Friday — and emerged from the closed-door Oval Office summit to rave reviews from none other than Trump himself.
“We had a meeting that actually surprised me,” Trump told reporters afterward. “We agree on a lot more than I thought. I want him to do a great job and will help him do a great job.”

Trump does not know when to shut up. Alex has shown some very ridiculous things he has said recently.
