Bout’s theory makes more sense than any explanation offered thus far. For certain, an American Senator (one known as “The Bagman”) did not fly halfway around the globe merely to see how drone parts were fastened together at some random factory. An alternate explanation to the timeline problems which place Graham overseas at the time of his death would be if the Senator had a private or military flight home instead of taking the longer journey by train/commercial flight. If the Senator had a direct (though not official) flight out of Ukraine, he could have made it back to the United States before meeting his demise.
Either way, more evidence points to death from Ukrainian action than death from a Russian bombing. My best guess is that the Senator brought bad news of some kind to Zelensky and paid the ultimate price.
Thank God that neocon is dead
