Manosphere influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Miami, as the British government seeks to extradite them on rape and sex-trafficking charges.
Footage posted to social media shows the moment the two brothers were arrested by US Marshals on a sealed warrant.
The charges in the UK allege the Tates raped and trafficked women between 2010 and 2017. In addition to charges brought against them in 2025, which involve alleged crimes against three women, the Crown Prosecution Service is bringing 38 additional charges against “four further victims.”
Andrew and Tristan Tate, who have dual US and British citizenship, moved to Romania in 2016, and amassed a significant social-media following. Andrew Tate currently has more than 10 million followers on X.
They were arrested in Romania in 2022, after being accused of sexual exploitation and trafficking. After a period of imprisonment, they were allowed to leave Romania in 2025.
They have denied all accusations against them.
Joseph McBride, a lawyer representing the Tates, called the new charges “filth and slander” and said they were intended to sabotage defamation cases brought by his clients in the US.
“They’re pulling out all the stops to make sure these guys never get their day in court,” McBride said.
“We are confident that once a competent judge sees the facts, and once the Department of Justice confronts this egregious abuse of its own authority, Andrew and Tristan Tate will walk free. America does not do Britain’s political dirty work.”

Unlike Assange, they probably did it. A while back I wondered what ever happened to Lauren Southern who just as big as Kirk and Owens about 10 years ago before she just mysteriously disappeared. I read she became disillusioned after being encouraged by her conservative media bosses to meet with fellow conservative media influencer, Andrew Tate, who proceeded to drug and rape her. Her account sounded legit and she didn’t seek attention about it, she simply walked away from everything.
Never heard of them.
I am not necessarily a fan of the Tate brothers, but the UK is a communist police state hell hole human and civil rights violating Islamic City of London disgusting place right now. It is not a place where individual civil liberties are respected. Police are now arresting people in UK and showing up at their doors for online political speech. Tell the truth about the gender confused, put out a meme of Kier Kuck Starmer, etc. and the US is one of their allies. Kind of like being an ally of Israhell. So, now the US is sending these US citizens to UK to be persecuted and have any wealth they’ve accumulated stolen by the state. Just wonderful.
They have British citizenship.
So they are subject to british rules.
Dual citizenship is nothing but a revolving door for crime, one of the oldest scams built into this legal clusterfvck.

Dual citizenship is used for crimes and tax evasion purposes, governments need to shut down this criminal enterprise.
