The Department of War just cracked open the vault. Today, under President Donald J. Trump’s direct order, the Pentagon launched its first-ever public dump of never-before-seen Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and UFO files at the brand-new WAR.GOV/UFO. Release 01: 162 declassified documents, photos, videos, sketches, and transcripts spanning nearly eight decades.
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth put it plain: “The Department of War is in lockstep with President Trump to bring unprecedented transparency regarding our government’s understanding of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena. These files, hidden behind classifications, have long fueled justified speculation — and it’s time the American people see it for themselves.”
Trump’s Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE) is rolling, producing new batches of files every few weeks, pulling from NASA, FBI, ODNI, DOE, and the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office. For decades, past administrations buried these files, ridiculed pilots, and stonewalled Congress. This administration is finally providing disclosure on the UAP/UFO phenomenon, and they must deliver.
Apollo Era Bombshells: Lunar Triangles, Stalkers, and Jagged Fragments
Three of the major releases come from NASA’s own Apollo missions.
- Apollo 17 Triangular Formation (1972): A NASA photo captures three distinct objects in perfect triangular alignment hovering above the lunar surface. Pentagon analysis admits “no consensus about the nature of the anomaly” and flags it as a potential “physical object.” Not debris. Not glare. A physical object.
- Apollo 12 Lunar Stalker: Flashing object caught on film near the landing site, pacing the mission with no official explanation.
- Real-Time Astronaut Transcripts: Declassified chatter from Apollo 17 crews describing “jagged, angular fragments” and other unidentified objects floating near the spacecraft. These aren’t civilian blurry videos. These are trained professionals calling it in live.
Add in State Department cables, FBI summaries (including a 2023 drone pilot spotting a linear object with intense internal “bands” of light), sketches, and more. This is the unfiltered record that previous regimes locked away.
Further, Rep. Tim Burchett says that this first release will be but “a drop in the bucket” compared to future releases.
The Eagle Eye Take: Real Transparency or Another Limited Hangout?
Many Americans are initially taking this as a victory. On the surface, it seems there is no more gaslighting military witnesses and no more deep-state ridicule campaigns. It would seem the government heard the people’s demands.
However, we cannot outsource our discernment. This is an initial release—unresolved cases only. The government still points folks to AARO.mil for the “explained” stuff, and tens of millions of pages remain. Our own coverage on the vanished generals and rocket scientists shows something darker may be at play. Congressman Tim Burchett has called it a “disturbing pattern” with “something dark is going on” in UAP-linked circles. Why drop Apollo photos now while those questions linger?
Patriots on the ground see the distraction playbook: In politics, $5 gas prices and bottlenecking of essential imports into the United States because of an unpopular war with Iran are far more relevant than the UAPs to the average American. Disclosure is essential, but there are pressing domestic and international issues that the people are being distracted from tactfully.
The ultimate question is, where and when will accountability be? Just as with the Epstein disclosure, there cannot be disclosure without accountability. Unless, of course, the purpose of disclosure is to fear-monger, serve as a distraction to the American people, and thus ultimately deny the fundamentals of disclosure. There must be accountability.

“Bombshell” is not the descriptor I would have used.
How’s cracking open those Epstein files going? Oh right — it’s not, because your ‘good buddies’ would be the ones getting dragged into the light. You blew it. Most people with even half a functioning neuron are done with the act.
What a fucking clown!
