12-Year-Old Girl Impregnated by Biden Illegal Who Entered US With Wife, Children

An illegal alien unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for raping and impregnating a preteen girl in Missouri.

Federal authorities just released the immigration history of Brayanne Escobar-Guarnizo, a Colombian national born in 1995.

In 2023, Escobar-Guarnizo illegally entered the U.S. with his wife and two children.

The following year, he was arrested in Springfield, Missouri, after a woman alerted police that her 12-year-old daughter had been raped and was pregnant.

An ensuing investigation reportedly revealed that Escobar-Guarnizo had raped the child on at least one occasion and repeatedly sent her sexual messages and requested she send him explicit photographs of herself.

The victim’s mother told investigators they knew Escobar-Guarnizo from their time living in Colombia and had helped him move to the U.S. — and even relocated from New Jersey to live near him and his family in Missouri.

Escobar-Guarnizo reportedly sent messages to the victim indicating that he was infatuated with her and was no longer in love with his wife.

He pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a minor in August 2025.

On May 18, he was sentenced to 300 months in prison.

“This dirtbag was charged with production of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor after he raped and impregnated a 12-year-old girl,” said DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. 

“Thanks to the investigative work of ICE law enforcement officers and our state and local partners, this child predator has now been sentenced to 25 years behind bars. This illegal alien NEVER should have been allowed into our country by the Biden Administration.”
