Paul Krugman Calls for ‘DeMAGAfication’ Purge of Conservatives in Unhinged Tirade

Leftist former New York Times columnist Paul Krugman in a rant over the weekend expressed his belief that Trump supporters need to be “purged” from politics, revealing the left’s battle plans if they regain power.

The Nobel prize-winning economist made the comments in a Substack article titled, “Learning from a Mentally Ill President,” arguing that “We need to deal with the powers and system that put [President Trump] in power and keep him there.”

At one point, Krugman remarks that MAGA followers need to be identified and ousted from the political arena, not unlike the Allies’ post-WWII “denazification” of Germany in the 1940s.

“Obviously, we need to defang Trump as much as possible and make sure that neither he nor anybody who follows in his footsteps has power after the next two elections,” Krugman said.

“But beyond that, we really need to do a thorough purging of the United States,” he continued.

“We need a deMAGAfication. And I’m not going over the top by using a word that’s very similar to the denazification that we pursued successfully after World War II in Germany.”

Krugman’s seething hatred for the party in power reveals the revenge tour Democrats have in store for Republicans if the midterms go their way. His remarks also illustrate how the deranged left is still deep in the throes of Trump Derangement Syndrome and is actively cheering for Trump, and by extension America, to fail.
