A man filmed the moment he confronted state police officers in Baltimore, Maryland, for failing to arrest a man who was allegedly intoxicated, whipped out his penis and urinated on several people, including an eight-year-old girl, at a country music concert.
The incident took place at a concert where country music superstars Morgan Wallen and Ella Langley performed to a massive audience at M&T Bank Stadium, the home of the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens.
The man filming his confrontation with law enforcement officers, Troy Grevelding, posted the footage on Facebook, writing, “Please share absolutely crazy. At a Morgan Wallen concert in Baltimore at the Ravens stadium. The guy behind us pulls out his dick and pisses all over me my wife my brother and my 8 year old niece. What does the Maryland state police do let the guy walk out the front door. Make this go viral.”
Grevelding’s brother, the father of the young girl who witnessed the disgusting act, could be heard telling officers, “He’s lucky I didn’t break his fucking neck.”
Troy Grevelding asked the officers, “There’s nothing we can do about a guy physically pulling out his dick and pissing on me in front of an eight-year-old girl? I’m going to post this all over the internet and it’s not to bash you guys, it’s to bash Maryland’s law.”
An officer responded, saying, “We cannot take him into custody,” but that the family could have the man’s information in order to press charges.
Grevelding continued, “I had a gentleman whip his dick out at a Morgan Wallen concert, piss on me, my brother and my niece and the Maryland State Police can do nothing about it, not a thing… They’re going to say, ‘Do what you want to do if you want to press charges.’ Absolutely crazy that you can pull your dick out and piss on somebody and nothing happens.”
Next, the man’s niece walked by appearing extremely distressed, causing him to tell the officers, “Look at her!”
One of the policemen became angry with Grevelding instead of understanding his frustration, chastising him for “making a scene” and claiming he “tried to help.”
The uncle and his brother both agreed that they should have just taken things into their own hands and beat the crap out of the guy since law enforcement wasn’t able to give them the justice they deserved.
Another officer explained the issue was that the accusation was hearsay and there was no proof of the crime, but M&T Bank Stadium is equipped with high-tech facial recognition cameras that could have easily captured the incident.
The stadium’s security team appeared more concerned than the police officers, with one man showing empathy to the irate father and saying his staff had gathered “about ten witnesses.”
The father told the security guard, “I wanted to fucking kill him. The guy pulls his fucking dick out, pissing, right behind my daughter. She turns around and sees his dick and now he’s pissing all over my leg.”
