Live Now: Court Sees Texts Between Suspect Tyler Robinson to Boyfriend, Lance Twiggs Testifies During Day 4 Of Charlie Kirk Murder Pre-Trial

A county district court in Utah reviewed prosecutors’ evidence of texts between alleged Charlie Kirk killer Tyler Robinson and lover Lance Twiggs in the aftermath of the assassination during a pre-trial hearing on Thursday.

The court also heard testimony from Lance Twiggs, with whom Robinson shared an apartment and allegedly communicated with following the shooting, who said the man seen in photos climbing a stairwell at Utah Valley University did look like Robinson.

The preliminary hearing is currently live and ongoing, with prosecutors predicted to wrap up by Friday, after which Utah County District Court Judge Tony Graf will decide whether to bind over Robinson for a murder trial.
