A married JPMorgan worker has launched a lawsuit against his female executive boss accusing her of drugging him, racially abusing him, and forcing him into multiple non-consensual sex acts.
The worker, identified in the lawsuit as John Doe, alleged that his boss Lorna Hajdini, 37, an executive director at JPMorgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division, coerced him into “non-consensual and humiliating sex acts” for several months, using threats to his career as leverage.
Doe says he worked as Senior VP/Director when Hajdini was hired on in a senior role a month later, before the abuse began in May 2024.

When he turned down her invitation to get drinks later that month, she reportedly told him, “If you don’t f**k me soon, I’m going to ruin you… never forget, I f**king own you.”
He also claimed another time she asked to give him oral sex, say “Birthday BJ for the brown boy? My little brown boy.”
After repeatedly turning down his advances, he claimed she began threatening potential promotions, telling him he’d have to begin “pleasing” her and saying, “You’re gonna need to earn it, my little Arab boy toy.”
“I f***ing own you! I will make you pay… Do you think you’re going to be in good standing if you do not have me in your corner,” Hajdini allegedly told the worker, according to the lawsuit, while berating his performance and interjecting his race. “You really think [management]… want some Brown boy Indian leading Originations?… If you don’t f*** my brains out tonight, I’m going to sabotage your promotion.”
The worker, whose protests were allegedly heard by a witness in a nearby room, claims he had no choice but to acquiesce to his boss’s demands out of fear of retaliation.
Hajdini is also accused of spiking the worker’s drinks with the date-rape drug Rohypnol and “an erection-enabling pharmaceutical substance” to enable him to perform sex acts against his will.
The worker claims Hajdini accessed his bank account to track his “every move,” and also recounted a 2024 episode where she reportedly showed up at his apartment and demanded sexual favors, while racially denigrating his wife.

In the summer of 2024, it is claimed in the lawsuit that Hajdini showed up at an apartment where Doe was staying, knowing he would be there.
Inside, Hajdini allegedly made sexual advances on Doe, which he rebuffed, insisting he was not interested.
‘Do you want to get promoted at year end or not?’ Hajdini warned him, according to the lawsuit. ‘Do you want a future at JPMorgan? It’s that simple. I don’t know why you’re fighting this.’
Hajdini then allegedly removed her shirt, began fondling her breasts and racially insulted Doe’s wife, remarking: ‘I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons,’ the complaint reads.
Doe claims she then forcibly removed his pants and performed oral sex on him against his will. He continued to protest and began to cry, according to the lawsuit.
Hajdini allegedly admonished him for crying and scolded him for failing to achieve an erection.
‘Stop f***ing crying. You think anyone would ever believe you? You’re a f***ing douche bag who thinks he’s hot s**t, but you can’t even get your d**k hard for me? What the f*** is this?’ she allegedly said.
She then ordered him to perform oral sex on her, ignoring his pleas of ‘don’t make me do this.’
‘Afraid that Ms Hajdini would act on her threats to retaliate against him, [Doe], embarrassed and humiliated, complied with her demands,’ the lawsuit states.
The worker claims that after his reports of coerced sexual harassment to JPMorgan Chase went unheard, his superiors wrote “aggressively negative” reference letters to sabotage his efforts to seek employment elsewhere.
After filing another complaint last May with JPMorgan alleging race and gender-based discrimination, harassment and “severe sexual abuse,” the worker claims a week later he began receiving threatening phone calls from unidentified callers he believed were connected to Hajdini.
“Just wait ‘till you’re back in New York, Brown boy…You better stay away – snitch,” he claimed one caller stated, adding that a voicemail in June allegedly told him he “wasn’t welcome because of his skin color,” and that “people don’t want you or your kind here.”
The worker claims after his complaints, the company also reprimanded him by placing him on involuntary leave.
A representative for JPMorgan Chase said that an internal investigation did not support the worker’s claims.
“Following an investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims,” they said. “While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations.”
Hajdini has not released a statement regarding the claims and continues to work at the firm.
