They did the same thing during the “troubles”. Back then the UK government infiltrated and eventually controled the leadership on both sides. Not only that, but it turns out most folks dont wanna fight, put their lives on the line when they can just keep their heads down and hope nobody notices them. It makes for great TV though and justifies further repression

Trump is having a great big fall. The betrayal is incredible. I doubt he leaves office the hero he wanted to be. He gets more irrational and bitter as he sees his failures.

You’ve got to wonder about the golden statue. Did he put it there to give the next group of players to shatter it on the temple steps. Looks just like the Saddam Hussein s statue (minus the sword). Did he do that on purpose knowing they will be scrubbing his name off of everything like Akhenatens name was erased off of every monument and pillar. Meantime, knowing this, he laughs all the way to the bank and gives us all the middle finger.
It doesn’t make sense unless his family has been given a passport to another dimension. All of the men whom he waved his hand and destroyed, in Iran and otherwise, will destroy him with a vengeance. So what kind of game are we playing here besides the financial opportunities his family and friends are reaping from his strategy.
This is all a big fn experiment, people. I see it. Why we have to play it is beyond me.
