Dozens of Hollywood celebrities, including Jennifer Aniston, may have violated state voting laws by registering to vote using addresses other than their primary residences, The Daily Mail reports.
In an exclusive Tuesday, The Mail reported some 36 celebrities were found to have listed a business in West Hollywood as their “home address,” according to voter rolls, in possible violation of California law.
Via The Mail:
Suite 600 at 9200 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, pops up as the residential address for Aniston, Step Up actress Jenna Dewan, ER star Linda Cardellini, Big Sky and Vikings actress Katheryn Winnick, Desperate Housewives notable Nicollette Sheridan, Spider-Man: Homecoming star Laura Harrier, Gilmore Girls favorite Matt Czuchry, singer Debbie Gibson, and comedian Hamish Linklater, among others.
The address listed in fact leads to Platinum Financial Management, Inc., run by celebrity financial adviser Michael Ullman, who told The Mail he allows celebrities to receive mail at his business.
“They don’t live here,” Ullman told The Mail. “It’s just a mailing address, but it’s not their residential address. So it gets mailed here, but they voted in their area.”
Ullman claimed he was unaware the law required home addresses to be listed on the forms, saying, “That’s weird. That’s not my understanding.”
The California elections code requires voters to sign a voter registration affidavit affirming their home address under penalty of perjury.
Speaking to The Mail, Amber Hulse of the Dhillon Law Group said celebrities aren’t exempt from election laws.
“You’re allowed to use a mailing address, like a business address or something like that,” Hulse told The Mail. “But they still need to provide their residential address as their domicile.”
“If, for example, Jennifer Aniston is using it as her residence, when it is clearly not her residence, then it would be illegal,” Hulse continued.
“When you sign up to register to vote, you’re signing under penalty of perjury. It would be the crime of perjury in California,” she said, adding, “People can hide their residential address for privacy concerns, but celebrity is not one of those options.”
Hulse says the requirements are in place to maintain election integrity, and force residents to vote where they’re registered rather than in other counties’ elections.
“For example, if you live in LA County, you should have no business in electing someone in San Diego County,” she said.
According to The Mail, Aniston was among 27 of the 36 people registered at the business who voted during the 2024 election.

The Los Angeles County County Clerk’s website additionally informs voters that “A person may only register to vote at their place of residence. A business address or a P.O. Box number may only be used as a mailing address.”
That information was echoed by Los Angeles County spokesman Michael Sánchez, who confirmed to The Mail that “Under California law, voters must register at the address they identify as their domicile or residence.”
The spokesman added that the county is “continuing to review the records associated with this address.”
The Mail writes that none of the celebrities responded when reached for comment.

This certainly appears to be voter fraud on a level which should be prosecuted. However, it is hardly the widespread, industrial-scale networks of fraud which routinely sway California elections.
Rather, it is merely garden variety, privileged-leftist type of fraud which goes on every day. It is good they got caught, but I wouldn’t expect there to be any jail time for the likes of Jennifer Annison and co.
Nothing. Will. Happen.
Hit them with the maximum penalty
I’m sure that that’s going to happen.
