Numerous wives of prominent left-leaning entertainers in Hollywood secretly agree with reality TV star-turned-Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt’s platform, comedian Adam Carolla revealed.
Appearing on The Megyn Kelly Show, Carolla described attending Pratt’s party this week where he was floored by the amount of support he had from women married to “household names” who admitted to backing the former MTV The Hills cast member’s campaign to fix Los Angeles.
“I was at Pratt’s party last night and I ran into a ton of people,” Carolla recalled, adding, “There was a lot of black people. There were a lot of Hispanic people. They’re all like, ‘I agree with you 100%. We got to get Pratt in there.'”
The former The Man Show star went on to say he was fascinated to learn the wives of several liberal entertainers were on the Pratt bandwagon.
“This is nuts, and I was like right in the middle of Hollywood basically and I was looking around. I spoke – and I won’t say who their husbands were because they’d asked me not to say – but I ran into multiple women whose husbands were very prominent comedians and entertainers and household names, legendary type names and they were all in on Pratt. They voted for Trump.”
Carolla continued, “They disagree with their husbands insanely and there’s a whole group of them and they’re on text threads with other wives…”
“And I’m like, ‘I can’t even believe you people exist.’ And they’re like, ‘Oh yeah, there’s a lot of us. We’re not down with any of this.'”
“And I’m like, ‘Oh, it’s like some kind of quiet secret underground… thing going on,’ and I couldn’t believe it. I’d never seen it before – but there, there are a lot and that number’s growing.”
Pratt, whose home burned in the Palisades wildfire, has tapped into frustrations many Angelenos feel over the city’s rampant crime, homelessness, open drug use and general mismanagement under the watch of his opponent, incumbent Mayor Karen Bass.
News of the underground Pratt army of wives comes as a second place runner-up has still not been declared for Tuesday’s primary as election workers continue to count votes, with President Donald Trump accusing California officials of attempting to steal the mayoral and gubernatorial elections.
“The Dumocrats are at it again! They are trying to STEAL THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA PRIMARY, AND THE MAYOR OF LOS ANGELES, PRIMARY, AWAY FROM TWO GREAT REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES. Here we go with the very late and massive numbers of MAIL IN BALLOTS,” the president wrote on Truth Social, understandably apprehensive after the debacle that unfolded during the 2020 election where similar delays led to Joe Biden being declared winner.
“There’s BIG cheating by the Dumocrats in California. Votes are all tied up. May not be in for weeks. Under investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles. Why the vote counting DELAY???” POTUS added.
