Internet users are highlighting the glaring disparity in the whopping $1.25 million bond set for streamer “Chud the Builder” over a non-fatal shooting, while accused murderers such as Texas teen Karmelo Anthony are granted low bail.
Cameras captured Eatherly’s devastated reaction as he appeared in court Friday morning and a judge ordered him held on a $1.25 million bond.
Eatherly was arrested following an incident outside a Tennessee courthouse Wednesday where he allegedly exchanged gunfire with another man, with both suffering non-fatal injuries.
Following the altercation, Eatherly – who gained prominence for filming himself calling black Americans engaging in antisocial behavior the N-word and labeling their unruly antics “chimp outs” – had the book thrown at him, charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, and employing a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Social media users questioned the excessiveness of Eatherly’s bond, especially considering no one died during the confrontation, compared to others charged with worse crimes like murder, with many pointing to a two-tiered justice system where minorities are held less accountable than white Americans.
Memes contrasted Eatherly’s $1.25 million bond with the $250K bail set for Texas teen Karmelo Anthony, who faces a first-degree murder charge for stabbing 16-year-old Austin Metcalf at a Frisco, Texas, high school track meet.
Anthony posted bond and is currently out of jail under house arrest.
Another post conveyed the case of accused murderer Antwane Crenshaw, who in Dec. 2024 shot and killed a motorcyclist in Nashville, Tennessee.
The same court where Eatherly appeared Friday granted Crenshaw a $250K bond.

“This is the two tiered system of Justice white people live under,” commented X user @fudreaper_.
“When blacks commit crime, it’s just another day. No big deal. Oh, but when a white person defends himself, oh THEN it’s time for all the judges and DA’s to put their Mr. Big Serious Person hats on and lay down the law,” they wrote, adding, “It’s a fucking joke. These people are creating a living hell for all of us to live in. It HAS TO end.”
Radio host Alex Jones commented, “You know the truth? If the black guy who attacked Chud was successful in killing him, the judge would rule he’s ‘incompetent to stand trial’ and let him walk.”

News of the extravagant bail amount comes as Eatherly’s GiveSendGo fundraiser has seen a surge of donations in the days following his arrest, reaching nearly $175,000 as of writing.

Gov. always punishes self defense.
A white man sh00ts someone.
The victim survives.
The judge sets $1.25 million bail. That is an astronomical sum designed to keep him locked up. It is an extreme reaction.
Compare that to the reality you see every day:
Bl@ck suspects involved in sh00tings, st@bbings, and even mur_ders are often released on $250k bail, no bail, or time served.
We see headlines constantly of individuals with long violent histories being released only to commit more crimes, because the system treats their violence as a “social issue” or “unfortunate circumstance.”
When a white person is involved, the full force of the law is immediately deployed. The media screams for justice. The system shows zero mercy.

So from what I get from this is that if you’re going to shoot someone, make sure it counts cuz you’re going to jail either way.
Its time to hold judges accountable for there lawless
Their work needs to follow them home.
Lawfare is your representatives being sold to the highest bidder, and lately that has been a Soros, Gates or a foreign international banking cartel.
